More About the Artist:
Justine Gabriela S. Amores or “Ja” is a Baguio-born artist. As a history graduate from the University of the Philippines, her inspirations are derived from the books she reads, places she visited, and conversations with young and old people. Her themes mostly dwell on Filipino indigenous culture, kween puki pawer energy and dreams in diaspora. Justine’s painting companions are her two lovely cats, Floki and Amigo, an Aries and a Leo.
